Yoga-Inspired Strength Training

$80 Per session

We currently offer personally-designed private or semi-private hour-long yoga sessions for clients. These classes are suited for any body and any age looking to improve mobility, fluidity, stability and strength. Depending on what you, and your body need, the session may include a combination of Iyengar, Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and/or Thai Yoga techniques. Clients are provided with homework or a blueprint for how to continue to work on areas of interest or concern on their own. Parent & Child Yoga

$80 Per session

Parent & Child Yoga is a great way for parents and their kids to connect, learn mindfulness, and play with one another. Best of all, families can take these healthy activities and incorporate them into family life!
